This website is operated by Northbend Naturals Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 8 The Grn Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("Northbend Naturals", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that both are true.

3. Our products

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not drugs and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Individual results vary. Nothing on this site replaces advice from a licensed healthcare provider. Consult your physician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time without notice.

We try to describe every product accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are error-free. Product images are representative; packaging may vary.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

We may limit quantities, refuse any order, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at info@northbendnatural.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy our content, to interfere with the site's operation, or to resell our products without written permission.

9. Our content

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names and design, is owned by Northbend Naturals or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. User submissions

If you send us a review, photo, comment or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and adapt it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northbend Naturals and its officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Northbend Naturals harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

16. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Please contact us first at info@northbendnatural.com. Most issues are resolved quickly.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Northbend Naturals agree that any dispute arising out of these terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@northbendnatural.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with your name and order number.

Nothing here prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order governs that order.
