Refund policy

Ninety days to judge it.

If Novaselle is not for you, send it back within 90 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price. Empty pouches are fine. No questions, no forms, and no return shipping to pay.

How to start a return

Email support@novaselle.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and the return address. Ship the pouches back within 14 days of receiving the label.

When you get your money back

Once the return is scanned by the carrier, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days after that. Shipping is free on every order, so there is nothing withheld.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@novaselle.com with a photo. We send a replacement the same business day and you do not need to return anything.

Orders you want to cancel

Email support@novaselle.com within 2 hours of ordering and we cancel it before it reaches the warehouse. After that the order is already in fulfillment, so use the 90-day return instead.
