Track your order

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to see where your package is.

You also get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders ship the same or the next business day and take 3 to 5 business days to most addresses in the US.

If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email support@novaselle.com with your order number and we open a trace with the carrier. If the package is lost, we ship a replacement at no cost.
