Pricing and Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and any shipping charges shown at checkout. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as NOVASELLE.COM.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are governed by our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, in one step, from your customer portal.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your order. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery and we provide a prepaid return label.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
