At Novaselle, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. That is why we offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
- Requests made after 90 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved
- Send the pouches back, empty pouches included. We provide a prepaid return label, so there is no return shipping for you to pay
- Shipping was free on your order, so nothing is withheld from the refund
Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 90-day window from the confirmed delivery date.
How to start a return
Email support@novaselle.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and the return address. Ship the pouches back within 14 days of receiving the label.
When you get your money back
Once the return is scanned by the carrier, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days after that.
Non-eligible refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted outside of the 90-day guarantee period
- Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 90-day window
- Orders that have already been refunded once under this guarantee
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email support@novaselle.com with a photo. We send a replacement the same business day and you do not need to return anything.
Orders you want to cancel
Email support@novaselle.com within 2 hours of ordering and we cancel it before it reaches the warehouse. After that the order is already in fulfillment, so use the 90-day return instead.
